Fitting out the car park of your offices or your building? We assess the need with you and your electrician, and tell you frankly what is possible.

01

Assessing the need

How many spaces, which users, how much power is available in the building: we ask the right questions before choosing a charging point.

02

With your electrician

The electrical connection and the mandatory inspections remain an electrician’s job. We prepare the project with them.

03

No empty promises

No made-up grants, no power promised before we have seen your fuse board: we first look at what the building allows.

Car park spaces to equip

Since 1 January 2025, existing car parks covered by an environmental permit (offices, residential buildings, public car parks) must have a minimum number of charging points, which increases until 2035.

Brussels Environment offers free guidance on how many spaces to equip. Its advice is a good starting point for the project.

Frequently asked questions

What we’re asked

Is there still a grant or tax reduction for a charging point?

Not at federal level any more: tax reductions for individuals and increased deductions for businesses ended in 2024. We have found no Brussels regional grant for a charging point in 2026. Some municipalities have their own schemes: check with yours.

Who does the electrical connection?

An electrician. They connect the charging point and tell you which inspection by an approved body applies to your building before it goes into service. We prepare the project with them.

Do you also install home charging points?

On request, case by case. Tell us about your project: we will tell you frankly whether we are the right people to talk to.
