Eight projects
The place, the need, what was installed, what it changes.
Offices, shops, homes and buildings, in and around Brussels. The name stays between us.
01A business building in Woluwe
The need: equip everything in a single project, from the entrance to reception.
Installed: cameras, alarm, fire detection, badge readers, video intercom and background music.
What it changes: five systems, one project, one team to call, the same one as for IT.
Access control →02Business premises in Ixelles
The need: be alerted to a fire or a water leak when the premises are closed.
Installed: an alarm, cameras, and fire and water leak detection on the same control panel.
What it changes: the alert reaches the phone, in the evening and at weekends.
Fire and water leaks →03Two pharmacies in Anderlecht
The need: be able to review an incident at the counter and prove it.
Installed: cameras in each pharmacy.
What it changes: clear footage on the phone, easy to export for the police.
CCTV cameras →04A co-ownership in Molenbeek
The need: a recorder at the end of its life and common areas that were no longer being filmed.
Installed: a new recorder and two more cameras.
What it changes: the entrance and common areas are covered again.
Buildings and co-ownerships →05Premises in Soignies
The need: equip all the premises in a single project, outside Brussels.
Installed: cameras, intruder and fire alarms, access control and background music.
What it changes: a single point of contact for five systems.
The intruder alarm →06Old wired alarms in Brussels
The need: alarms installed years ago, with no app, in business premises.
Installed: a new control panel on the existing cabling, checked room by room during the visit.
What it changes: the alarm is set from the phone, without ripping everything out or drilling the walls again.
Upgrading an alarm →07A Brussels building, with its managing agent
The need: a simple entrance for all the flats, and a door that opens without going downstairs.
Installed: a clear street panel and a handset in every flat.
What it changes: the file was prepared with the managing agent for the general meeting.
Door and video intercoms →08A new three-storey building (in progress)
The need: plan everything before the suspended ceilings are closed, with the architect and the electrician, and follow the fire brigade’s report.
Planned: 17 cameras, an alarm, 15 fire detectors and 5 manual call points, 2 badge readers, 4 intercom screens, 16 speakers and 6 screens.
Where we are: the plans are done, and the electrician has received our cabling guide.
