Fire and water leak detection

Premises closed, smoke or a leak:you know straight away.

Smoke, heat and water leak detectors linked to your phone. In the evening, at the weekend or on holiday, the alert arrives as soon as the detector reacts.

Alerted, even when nobody’s there

01

The alert on your phone

Smoke, heat or water on the floor: you’re alerted even when the premises are closed and nobody’s there to hear the detector.

02

The right detector in the right place

Heat in the kitchen, smoke in the corridors, water leaks near appliances and the boiler: every room has its own detector.

03

With your alarm

With an Ajax alarm, the detectors join the same hub and the same app: just one thing to check.

For businesses: an office, a shop, premises closed at the weekend

We start from your risk assessment and what the fire service requires, then position each detector and each manual call point accordingly.

Example: in business premises in Ixelles, we installed a hub that detects both fire and water leaks. The alert reaches the phone, even at the weekend.

At home: peace of mind while you’re away

A leak under the boiler while you’re on holiday, smoke when nobody’s there to hear the detector: you’re alerted on your phone, wherever you are, and you can call a neighbour or a relative.

Periodic inspection, organised

In business premises, fire detection is among the equipment that must be inspected regularly. Depending on the equipment, this inspection is carried out by an inspection body or a competent person: with DeepSense Care, we offer to organise it, as an option.

With DeepSense Care, we also offer an annual visit for your detectors and their updates, at the same time as the rest of your installation.

How it works

From risk assessment to detectors

  1. 01

    The site visit

We start from your risk assessment and what the fire service requires, then identify the sensitive spots: kitchen, boiler room, stockroom, washing machine.

  2. 02

    The quote

Each detector and each manual call point on a plan, linked to your alarm or to a dedicated hub. Itemised.

  3. 03

    Installation

Detectors fitted and tested one by one, alerts set up on your phones, even when the premises are closed.

  4. 04

    Aftercare

With DeepSense Care: one visit a year, updates, and the periodic inspection organised with an inspection body or a competent person, depending on the equipment.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask us

Am I required to have detectors?

For business premises, it depends on your risk assessment, your permit and the fire service’s requirements: we start from these documents. For housing, the Brussels Region has required smoke detectors in every home since 1 January 2025; the exact rules are explained on be.brussels.

Who carries out the periodic inspection?

An inspection body or a competent person, depending on the equipment. If you like, we organise it for you, as a DeepSense Care option, so you don’t have to think about it.

Can the detectors work with my alarm?

If your alarm is an Ajax, yes: the detectors link to the same hub and appear in the same app. With another brand, we look at what’s possible during the site visit, and we tell you straight.

What if I’m far away when the alert goes off?

You receive the alert on your phone, showing the room concerned, and you choose who to contact: a colleague, a neighbour, a relative. Several phones can receive the same alert. It goes over the internet, and a SIM card can act as a second path. In case of fire, always call 112.

Where should your detectors go?

We come and see your premises, suggest the right detector in the right place, then send a detailed, itemised quote.
