Solutions that talk to each other
When everything is installed by the same team, your systems are chosen to work together: all alerts come through on your phone, and you can find the exact moment the alarm went off on the cameras. What’s possible depends on the equipment: we put it in writing in the quote, before you sign.

Own or rent? Your equipment, your choice
Many security packages are paid for through an all-inclusive subscription: the equipment, the app, monitoring and maintenance. With DeepSense, you own your installation. Point by point:
- The equipment. With a subscription package, it is often rented or tied to the contract. With us, it belongs to you, and your codes are handed over on completion.
- The app. Often included in the subscription. With us, it is free: no subscription needed to use your alarm.
- Alarm monitoring. Often included, whether you need it or not. With us, only if you want it, under a direct contract with the monitoring centre.
- Maintenance. For an alarm, it is required every year. You can take it with DeepSense Care, paid monthly, or entrust it to the licensed company of your choice.
What drives the price
We don’t give “from” prices: they would depend too much on your premises. After the site visit, you receive a quote itemised line by line: equipment and labour, for each system. Here is what makes the price vary.
- What needs covering: a front door or three floors, a shop counter or a house with a garden.
- The number of devices: doors, cameras, detectors, badge readers.
- The cabling: existing cabling to reuse, new cables to run, or wireless.
- The options: alarm monitoring, footage retention, extra video intercom screens.
- The maintenance you choose: with DeepSense Care, or with the company of your choice.

Frequently asked questions
Before you choose
Where to start: an alarm or cameras?
They don’t do the same job. An alarm warns you while something is happening; cameras show you what happened and give you evidence. Many places need both, but not all. That is exactly what the site visit is for: choosing according to what you want to prevent and what you want to be able to prove.
Does it all have to be done at once, or can it be done in stages?
Both are possible. Several of our clients had their entire premises equipped in a single project. Others start with one system: we then choose equipment from the outset that can take the next steps, and we put it in writing in the quote.
Is everything controlled from a single app?
Usually one or two apps are enough, depending on the equipment chosen. It is set out in the quote, before you sign.
Are you a licensed company?
Yes. DeepIT SRL, of which DeepSense is the brand, is licensed by the FPS Home Affairs for alarm systems and camera systems (company number 0766.716.506). In Belgium, a company that installs or maintains alarms and cameras must be licensed.
Is there support from the Brussels Region?
For SMEs and the self-employed, the Brussels Region offers a security grant. Its conditions and amount are set by the Region, and you must apply before the work starts. Everything is explained on economie-emploi.brussels. Mention it during the site visit, so that the quote reaches you in time.
