Intruder alarm

An alarm that does what you say, even from afar.

You set it from your phone, a fob or a keypad. You’re alerted wherever you are. It belongs to you, and the app costs nothing.

Easy to live with, every day

01

Control it from wherever you are

You set and unset it from your phone, a fob, a keypad or a remote control. Each person has their own code, for the rooms and times you choose.

02

You’re alerted straight away

An alert reaches the phones you’ve chosen, showing which detector went off: you know where before you even get there.

03

Fewer false alarms

We choose and position each detector according to the room and what goes on in it, to keep false alarms to a minimum.

Already have an alarm? Upgrade it rather than rip it all out

Have an old wired alarm? You don’t always need to rip it all out. We’ve already upgraded old alarms in business premises in Brussels: they’re now controlled from a phone. During the site visit, we look at what can be kept.

Wireless when you’d rather not drill, wired when the building work allows it: the two can be combined on the same alarm.

  • Existing wiring reused where possible: we check it during the site visit
  • Wireless to avoid building work
  • Wired for a new or renovated building

At home, an alarm that fits around your life

At home, an alarm should protect you without complicating daily life for the people who live and work there.

  • When you’re travelling, you set it from abroad and see whether a door fitted with a detector has been left open.
  • Household staff have their own code, which you can remove in one click.
  • In the garden, outdoor detectors are positioned and adjusted to keep false alarms to a minimum.
  • For the neighbours, the outdoor siren stops by itself after 3 minutes at most.
  • For your insurer, you receive a certificate after each annual service.

The network: connected, and properly connected

Your alarm communicates over your internet connection, and over a SIM card when a second path is needed. Is your IT with DeepIT? One team takes care of everything. If not, we sort it out with your IT provider. A problem? One call.

What the law requires, we do with you

Your codes are handed over on completion: the alarm is yours. The law requires a service every year, with a written certificate. And if your alarm isn’t connected to a monitoring centre, you register it with the police online within 10 days: we’ll guide you through it.

The equipment is yours, and you can entrust the servicing to whoever you like. With DeepSense Care, we offer it to you, with the certificate and the alarm’s updates. Owner or tenant: what changes

Ajax, wireless or wired

We install Ajax alarms: the Jeweller wireless range and the Fibra wired range, which can be combined on the same hub.

How it works

From site visit to handing over the codes

  1. 01

    The site visit

We come and see your premises: the entrances, the rooms, what goes on there, any old alarm to take over. You tell us what matters.

  2. 02

    The quote

A room-by-room plan, a detector for each, and a detailed, itemised quote, wired or wireless. Nothing is signed before then.

  3. 03

    Installation

Cables hidden, detectors adjusted one by one, app installed on your phones. Your codes are handed over: the alarm is yours.

  4. 04

    Aftercare

The annual service with DeepSense Care, if you want it, with the certificate and updates. A problem? One call.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask us

Do I need a subscription for an alarm?

Not to use it: it belongs to you, and the app is free. The law does, however, require a service every year, with a certificate: you entrust it to DeepSense Care or to the licensed company of your choice. Alarm monitoring is an option, under a direct contract with the monitoring centre.

How much does an alarm cost?

The price depends mainly on the number of entrances and rooms to protect, and on the choice between wired and wireless. We don’t give a price without seeing the premises: after the site visit, you receive a detailed, itemised quote. What drives the price is explained on our Electronic security page.

Wireless or wired: which should I choose?

Wireless avoids drilling and suits premises that are already fitted out; its detectors have batteries, which are checked at each service. Wired suits a new or renovated building, when cables can run inside the walls. The two can be combined on the same alarm, and old wiring in good condition can sometimes be reused.

What happens when the alarm goes off?

The siren sounds, for 3 minutes at most outdoors, and an alert reaches the phones you’ve chosen, showing the detector concerned. If your alarm is connected to an alarm monitoring centre, an operator checks the alert and contacts the people you’ve named. DeepSense does not attend on site.

My insurer requires a certified alarm: what do you do?

Tell us before the quote, with your insurer’s written requirements. We’ll be straight with you about what we can do, and what we can’t.

Can you take over the alarm I already have?

It depends on what’s in place. We’ve already upgraded old wired alarms in business premises. During the site visit, we look at what can be kept, wiring and detectors included; if it isn’t possible, we explain why, before any quote.

Your alarm, simple at last.

We come and see your premises and choose the right detector for each room with you. Then you decide, quote in hand.
