Offices and professional practices

Premises protected after closing,an entrance that no longer relies on keys.

Practices, firms, agencies, shared offices: a team that changes, visitors to welcome, rooms not everyone can enter. We start from your working day, not from a catalogue.

What matters in an office

01

A team that changes

An intern, a temp, someone leaving: the badge is activated or cancelled in one click, with no lock to change and no key to chase.

Access control
02

Restricted rooms

Archives, storeroom, plant room, sterilisation room: only a few people, at the times you decide, with a log of who came in if needed.

Door-by-door permissions
03

A reception that sees who’s ringing

The visitor rings, reception sees them and opens from the screen or the phone without getting up. In the evening, you answer from wherever you are.

Door and video intercoms
04

Empty premises at night

The alarm is set when the last person leaves, from a badge or the phone, and alerts you wherever you are. The cameras show you what happened.

What we recommend

An entrance designed as a whole

In an office, everything happens at the door: the team comes in with their badges, visitors ring, and the alarm is planned for the same entrances and the same hours. We design the door, the alarm and the video intercom as one project, with the same cabling.

The equipment is also chosen for how it looks: a discreet reader, a slim keypad, detectors that go unnoticed in a waiting room.

  • Access control by badge, code or phone, with permissions per person and per time slot
  • Video intercom linked to reception and to phones
  • Intruder alarm set from a badge or the app
  • Cameras on the entrance and walkways, registered in line with the rules
  • Fire and water leak detection if the premises are closed at night and at weekends

Your team, your patients, your clients: by the rules

A waiting room or the entrance to a practice is open to the public: the Belgian camera law applies, and if the cameras can see your team, they must be informed (collective agreement CCT no. 68). We define the filmed areas with you, filming only what is strictly necessary, and we prepare the registration in your name.

To let your team in, we recommend a badge, code or phone rather than a fingerprint or face: in Belgium this data is tightly regulated, and an employee’s consent is not enough. The camera law, in plain terms

Frequently asked questions

What offices ask us

Can we film the waiting room?

Yes, if it is registered, marked with a sign and limited to what is useful: the entrance, the desk, the walkways. Never a treatment room, a closed office or a rest area. We choose the angle of each camera with you.

Do you also look after our IT?

Yes, through DeepIT, of which DeepSense is the electronic security brand. Many offices and practices entrust us with both: one team for the network, the computers, the alarm and the cameras. Already have an IT provider? We set up the network with them. IT, at DeepIT

We’re moving to new premises: when should we call you?

Before the works, ideally while the architect is drawing up the plans. Everything is decided before the suspended ceilings are closed: we give your electrician a plan per floor and a cabling guide, and we install when the site is ready.

Let’s talk about your premises.

We come and take a look, then suggest what suits your team and your hours. You decide afterwards, quote in hand.
