Your home

Protected without a second thought, even when you’re away.

At home, what matters is not the same as at the office. We start from the way you live: who comes in, when you leave, what you want to see and what should stay discreet.

What matters at home

01

When you’re away

You set the alarm from abroad, check that a door fitted with a detector is properly closed, and see who has been by.

02

People who work in your home

Housekeeper, gardener, babysitter: everyone gets their own code or badge, for the hours you choose, removed in one click.

03

Who’s at the door

You see who is ringing and open from your phone, whether you’re upstairs or on the other side of the world. Often on the wires of the old intercom.

A leak while you’re on holiday

A detector by the washing machine and the boiler, smoke detectors linked to your phone: you are alerted, and you can call a neighbour.

What we recommend

Discreet equipment, also chosen for how it looks

At home, an alarm should protect without complicating daily life for those who live there. We fit detectors that go unnoticed, a slim keypad near the entrance, and an app the whole family can use.

Wireless avoids drilling in a home that is already finished; wired suits a renovation. Both can be combined on the same alarm, and old cabling in good condition can sometimes be reused.

  • Intruder alarm controlled from your phone, a badge or a keypad
  • Outdoor detectors tuned to limit needless alerts in the garden
  • Modern video intercom, often on the existing wires
  • Cameras on the drive and the garden, without filming the street or the neighbours
  • Music in every room, planned on the same job if you wish

For the neighbours, the insurer and the police

The outdoor siren stops by itself after 3 minutes at most. Your home insurer asks for a maintenance certificate? You receive one after each annual service. And if your alarm is not connected to a monitoring centre, you register it with the police online within 10 days: we guide you through it.

Cameras overlooking the drive or the garden follow the camera law, just as for a shop: registration in your name, a sign, footage kept for one month at most. Indoors, for your personal use, there is nothing to register; if someone works in your home, let’s talk about it before installation. Owner or tenant: what changes

Frequently asked questions

What we’re asked about homes

Do I need a subscription for a home alarm?

Not to use it: it belongs to you and the app is free. The annual service is compulsory, with a certificate, and can be entrusted to DeepSense Care or to the licensed company of your choice. Alarm monitoring is an option, only if you want it.

Will pets set off the alarm?

Not if the detectors are well chosen and well placed. We take your pets into account during the visit, room by room, to limit false alerts.

Can I keep my old intercom?

Its wires can often be used for a modern video intercom: we check the cable on site before quoting. You will then see who is ringing from a slim screen or your phone.

Let’s talk about your home.

We come and take a look, then choose the right detector for each room with you. You decide afterwards, quote in hand.
